WWII Bomb Exploding in Munich…Today

Explosives experts in Germany detonated the remains of a 550-pound World War II bomb in central Munich on August 28th. Once they realized they couldn’t disable it, they evacuated 2000+ people in the area and blew it up. Thousands of undetonated bombs are believed to be spread around Germany still, as planes dropped a bunch during WWII.
