Massive Tahitian Waves? I’m A Go Surf Anyways

No fear. At all. Story: Billabong had its annual Tahiti surf competition planned for Saturday, August 27th, at Teahupoo, but with swells getting as high as 7 meters (the average height is 2 to 3 meters), they called it off. A few surfers decided to go out anyways, and this is the result. One rider broke his leg, another his foot, and luckily those were the only injuries.
